Instructions

Bring 8 to 10 cups of water to boil, then add Reishi and spices from one 5 oz. packet.  Turn off the heat, cover and decoct for 15-30 mins.  (This tea will become stronger, but also more bitter if left to steep).

Strain add milk, almond milk, rice milk, etc. and enjoy! Or, add a bit of ghee, coconut oil or grass fed butter to increase intake of healthy fats and add a creamy texture. You may also add a small amount of honey for flavor.  Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times per day. Simply reheat as needed.

This product is sold as 2 separate packs of herbs, which will last approximately 20 days if used at the rate given above. The 2 Reishi-Green Chai Training Tea packs will be packaged in a single bag.

Other great additions to this recipe are Burdock, Huang Qi (Astragalus), and Shan Zha (Hawthorn Berries).
