Reishi & Astragalus Chai Training Tea, 10 oz (comes in two 5 oz. packages)

Instructions

Put all herbs from one 5 oz. packet in a non-metallic pot with about 8 - 10 cups of water and cover.  Simmer for 30 mins to one hour on the stove.  Longer simmering time will make a stronger tea (you may want to check for taste at different intervals to find the most palatable steeping time for your individual tastes). Strain add milk, almond milk, rice milk, etc. and enjoy! Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times per day. Simply reheat as needed. You may add a small amount of honey for flavor.

This product is sold as 2 separate packs of herbs, which will last approximately 20 days if used at the rate given above. The 2 Reishi & Astragalus Chai Training Tea packs will be packaged in a single bag.
