Adidas Aloha Super Shoes in Light Orchid, Core Black and Gum4. Titled ‘One Black Eye’, this adidas Aloha Super pays creative homage to Mark Gonzales’ artistic legacy with inspiration sourced from his own illustrative history. Featuring a suede upper with contrasting black leather 3-Stripe details, breathable underlays and semi-translucent gum tooling, this orchid pink adidas Aloha Super also features EVA cushioning and a supportive Adiprene sockliner. A silhouette inspired by fencing classics, Mark Gonzales’ signature skate shoe is finished with a padded tongue, Shmoo character embroidery, printed insoles, interchangeable laces and with signature ‘MG’ embroidery sewn across each heel.

Following on from his recent ‘Gummo’ inspired release that referenced his iconic chair-wrestling scene, the ‘One Black Eye’ adidas Aloha Super draws creative inspiration from Gonzales’ own art, design and skate history. Influenced by a passion for drawing and painting with illustrative details that honour the skater’s iconic Shmoofoil legacy.
